Who we are
This website, cosmicparcelrelayfri.com, is operated by Cosmic Parcel Relay Media Ltd (Company No. 14873652), 27 Old Gloucester Street, London WC1N 3AX, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for personal data described here. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect
Browsing. We do not run analytics, advertising or social-media tracking scripts. Our hosting provider may record standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time) for security and to keep the site running. These logs are kept for a limited period and are not used to profile you.
Contact tool. The message tool on our contact page works entirely in your browser. What you type is not sent to us or stored on our servers. We only receive information if you choose to email us.
Emails. If you email us, we receive your email address, name and message. We use them only to read and respond to your message and to improve our guides.
Legal basis
We process server logs on the basis of legitimate interests (security and operation of the site) and email correspondence on the basis of legitimate interests in responding to you, under the UK GDPR.
Retention
We keep emails for up to 24 months, then delete them unless an ongoing conversation requires otherwise.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who host our website and email, under appropriate agreements, or where the law requires.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict processing, and request portability. Write to us at the address above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
